Hi, I’m not receiving a verification code in order to sign up to an app. I have been advised to check if these messages have been blocked by my provider…please can you advise? Thanks.

Yes I am receiving messages and have restarted my phone but nothing has changed.

Yes I’m receiving messages from other numbers and restarting hasn’t helped unfortunately.
