Text from My EE re Netbet

I’ve just received a text from My EE re 25 complimentary spins when I join Netbet. There is an opt-out link but this looks like the many fraudulent texts I receive. Anybody else receive the same? I would block the caller but I can’t find a number associated with this My EE.
