Texting ALL to 150 to find out how much data i've got left has not been working for a few weeks. I just get a text back saying sorry this seervice is temporarily unavailable
Does anyone know why this is??

AL, ALL, BAL and BALANCE were the ones that I used to use that always worked. none of them work now. I text HELP to 150 and got a list of codes that I could use but when I text them I got the " sorry service temporarily unavailable " reply back
