Switching VoiceMail Off

I'm going round and round in circles trying to switch EE VoiceMail off.  Texting VM Off to 150  creates a response "We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later or call 150."  I've been trying since 9 August.  When I call 150, I eventually get told to text OFF to 150 - and just get the same result. Has anyone any ideas on what to do next?

Have you text VM OFF fully in capitals?

Also dialling ##002# used to work as it removes all diverts, not sure it does anymore? Worth a try maybe.

Are you looking to completely disable your voicemail service?

Or merely to remove the autodiverts so incoming unanswered calls don't reach VM?

Try rebooting VM by texting VM ON to 150, reboot phone & then text VM OFF to 150.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Thank you for your help.  I did the ##002# to switch off all diverts and that's done what I needed.  Hope it hasn't switched anything else off that I still need...
