Well, as you posted under Home BB I naturally took it that you wanted social tariffs for BB
However now you brought it up, EE does a social tariff on mobile plans - see EE Basics | EE Social Mobile Tariff
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Social Tariffs do not apply when purchasing a new phone, they are purely for allowing people on certain benefits to get affordable connectivity.
Only available as a SIM Only.

EE offer EE Basics on SIM Only, but there is no such thing as a social tariff for contracts including a handset.
Social Tariffs are there to provide affordable connectivity services to customers in receipt of certain benefits.

Hi
I only asked as it was mentioned this morning on the BBC. I am on a benefit its PIP plus I am a senior citizen. May be it would be an idea if EE introduced a socail tariff for contract phones.
My isp has a socail tariff for broadband which I am on. Unfortunately though ee or any other broadband company can't offer me anything as kcom is a private company
