Sim only upgrade plans: texts and minutes

I am looking to upgrade my mobile sim only plans for my family. For the plans below, which do not include unlimited texts or calls, do they include a limited about of texts and calls? If so, to what amount? If I went over the amount, what would the charges be? Thank you in advance.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

They all include unlimited calls & texts. They are only distinguished by the limited amount of data they each offer.

Thanks @Northerner but unfortunately this doesn't give me a clear answer to my query as the information in the 'i' icon is the same for each plan- it's just general info and doesn't specify about minutes and texts.  For example, in the image below it says "use your inclusive minutes and data in Europe" but doesn't say what those inclusive minutes are in the Essential Plus plans. Screenshot 2025-05-20 at 22.00.13.png
