Hello,
I have roaming enabled but my sim doesn't even find a network. It worked in the past and has recently stopped. I've tried resetting the phone and manually searching for networks but nothing is found. Any advice?

Could you also let us know, how long have you been abroad?
Where are you roaming at the moment?
Have you had a signal since you have been abroad on this trip, and this has now stopped?

1. A couple months now
2. Italy
3. Yes it was working but has stopped recently. I hadn't noticed initially as I mainly use a local sim for data.

Hi Leanne,
I’m in the USA and having a similar issue.
I’m pay monthly, using an eSIM but my phone has had no signal on my EE sim since getting here on the 3rd February.
I cannot make/ receive calls or texts, please can you advise?

Did you activate roaming before you travelled?

Thanks Leanne, that seems to have fixed it. I swapped phones and the sim card worked again. Now that I've transferred it back to the first phone it is still working 👍 Thanks!
