Hi, my question is about Roaming.
Firstly, am I right in thinking Gran Canaria is included in Spain?
Then - my account/contract is for unlimited data and I data share with my two young sons.
We are going on holiday to the Canaries on 16th Feb.
They both have an EE SIM card, also on my account.
My question is, if I purchase the Roaming plan, will it also cover my sons using the gifted data etc on their phones?
They have no interest in calls/texts but would like them to use the data if possible.
Thank you.

@Clueless69 : To use any of your data allowance each person will either need to have the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 pm or will have to pay £2 for each day they use data.

Hi @Clueless69
https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/canaryislands
It is part of the Canary Islands. Please text ROAMING to 150 to ensure you're set up.
Which tariff do you have as you might not need an add-on if you have a smart plan.
Thanks

Thank you for the answer. I was hoping that as I pay a fortune for unlimited data, plus a further 2 SIMS, EE may have permitted ‘inclusive’ data access.
O2 certainly do, it’s just a shame this massive company cannot match them.

No, roaming is not inclusive; it is per device that is roaming & using EE allowances.
