Sim and network issue

Hi, I am abroad and cannot seem to receive or make calls.

My sim is connecting to any network and it is very difficult to call EE from abroad as waiting times are very long.

Any other ways of contacting EE?

I am on a pay as you go package.

Please help as I am really stuck as I cannot use my phone.

What happens when you try making or receiving a call? Can you send text messages?

Hi, thank you for reaching out. The line gets disconnected as soon as I dial out. Cannot get through to EE & waiting time is over an hour.

Not sure what to do as there no option to  email EE or live chat.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Is there an option for live chat for EE, I can't seem to see it online.

Yes i have access to FB and Insta.

Not sure what to do as the Sim is still not working abroad.
