No network

It's been over a month now and we still have a network fault in the SO32 area. Is there any way of actually getting an update of when this will be fixed? I have registered for updates but all it says is there is a fault. Surely we should be getting some compensation by now!

You can get updates on known network faults using the status webtool - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker > Check service status. From there, if a fault is recognised, choose "keep me updated"

If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal indoors without needing network coverage.

@Ajm29 : There's no auto compo for mobile networks. You'll need to put in your own claim.
