Today my plan witched to a sim only plan. Exactly the same number, just switch to sim only. However ever since it started I’ve had no service at all, all day long! Any idea why this is? It’s the same phone, same number…. Thanks

Do you know any other EE users locally, are they also experiencing a loss of service? If you do a manual network search on your phone, does EE show as available?
These will help ID whether there's a temporary coverage outage locally to you, or whether the issue is account-related.

Yes I have done all of this. No network problems in my area. It’s very odd.

What was the result of the manual network search? Do those friends/relatives on EE, have any service issues?
If EE was shown, then try manually connecting before then reverting to auto selection. Does this work?
If EE wasn't shown, then you have clear evidence of a network outage. Use the "report a problem" link on the status checker if nothing's listed.
