Sim Card not working on any device

My SIM card just stopped working from earlier today. I tried to download an E-SIM but there's no way to access the QR code. I need to use my phone to log into my work due to two factor authorization. How do I get it to work again?

I have already tried to reset my network settings, turned the phone on and off, tried the SIM on different phones (does not work), reinserted the SIM.

@ashfi  Your sim will not work if you tried to activate the eSim as it moves the information from the sim to the eSim and deactivated the sim.
How did you try and do this ?  and are you a contract customer?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I only tried to get the esim after I had already lost my connection. I have a rolling pack.

You can't have an eSIM on PAYG.

@ashfi   ESims are only for contract customers it’ll not work on PAYG.   Your issue is something else.

You probably need to request a replacement SIM card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
