I bought the roam further pass before I left UK. Data is working but I'm unable to make calls or send sms. Rebooted the phone.
Roaming is switched on.
Used this back in December when visiting the States.
Calls do not connect.
Cannot even call Customer Service.
Any ideas?

If you have previously used the roaming facility, that is good evidence of it being enabled.
Which network are you currently connected to, and can you try selecting an alternative?

Hi @bristolian, I'm not sure. It's automatically selected. So no idea which one I'm connected to. Just says 4g and gives me 3 to 4 bars.
Any instructions on how to check?

Ah... just deselected "select automatically " and it says it will disconnect me from AT&T
