Setup roaming while abroad

Hi 

I didn’t activate roaming before leaving the UK, I have been here for a week, I can make calls and can’t receive calls. I have activate roaming in settings and allowed premium calls too. What should I do to get may line working?

If you can keep restarting your phone and if this is not active by tonight, please give us another call and the team will get this looked into further.

@Teqage  have you tried restarting the device since you got there ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks. Yes I did several times. 

Eventually it started Woking after 24 hours of changing the settings on My EE.

 

Go under settings - enable roaming and premium calls
