Setting up roaming whiles in Greece

Just arrived in Greece, on pay monthly with roaming pass, but roaming seem not to be set up. How do I set up roaming for my phone without network?

You will need to contact EE CS from another working phone (+44 7953 966250) or a web-calling app (+44 800 0798586) to enable roaming.
