Services still not reconnected

Hello I have payed the amount shown on my account that would need to be payed to reconnect my services , I have done this and still has not re connected

@Laurenaaniyah  once you’ve paid any outstanding bill It’ll take up to 24 hours for your service to resume, it’s not instant . 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
