I have an EE SIM and anytime I answer a landline call the call is disconnected.

I have changed phones, did a sim swap, check if there are any diverts and still can't accept a landline call. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? I hate having to call people back after I seemingly hang up on them.

A working SIM in your phone - what behaviour?

Does it make any difference if the caller-ID is withheld or not? Is this a recent problem?
