SMS problem

When I need to schedule a service at the Portuguese consulate in London. There is a platform that we have access to, to authenticate access the consulate sends us the Digital Mobile Key security code. However, I am not receiving this code on my cell phone.
I spoke to the service responsible for this matter, they told me to contact my telephone company, that perhaps the problem would be with EE blocking these messages.
In this case, you must indicate that for national numbers the message is sent only via CMD (without number), and for international numbers the SMS is sent via the number +351 915692970.

Does anyone know how I can check this detail with EE or how to resolve this problem, please?

@DanyTuty : That +351 no. is in Portugal not in London.

Do you have an EE-UK number? Can that number receive texts from other automated senders?

Yes. I do, but I tried, and I didn't receive nothing

It was working till last February
I know that, It is the number usually send to my the key mobile that I had access to Portugal consulate in London to book appointment, the code came from Portugal to my number here

Is there any update on this?

Regarding the number, yes its a Portuguese number that the Portuguese government uses to send security codes to people living abroad so we can authenticate only and access multiple services. Like finances, digital signature and so on.

Makes no sense that EE would block it. It worked fine around February...as i still have some SMS's on my phone, but it stopped ever since, and to this day it doesn't work. I just can't get any of the security codes that get sent by the Portuguese government by SMS.

I also cannot receive SMS from the number in Portugal, EE said that I did not block them from receiving them, but everything shows that EE is not telling the truth, for some reason they are blocking us from receiving SMS from Portugal, this hinders access to scheduling services and so on.

If this continues, the only way to solve it is to change companies, since EE is not respecting the customer, there is no shortage of telephone companies in the market, just find one that receives SMS from Portugal and change.
