Hi @LYNSEYJOTEMP89.
Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊
Have you noticed any pattern in when people are telling you about the robotic voice?
For example is it over WiFi Calling, the normal cellular network, or both?
Did you get a new phone when you joined us too, or are you using the same one you had with your previous network?

I've got the same phone that I had when I swapped over from Vodafone. I've never had any issues but from the day I swapped my signal is always bad I now have to use WiFi calling to have a better conversation. If I'm at home and I leave the house the other person cant hear me for a minute and then certain places they say my phone as gone all robotic its fine when I'm on WiFi but if I'm not then I have the trouble

Thanks @LYNSEYJOTEMP89.
What model of phone are you using here, and have you tried your SIM in a different handset?
Signal can vary between locations too, so are there any places where you've noticed the calls improve?

Are you able to use mobile data whilst on calls?
Does this affect every call indiscriminately? I suspect your report of coverage being poor everywhere could be the underlying cause of in-call audio issues, but it would be unusual to have the issue "everywhere".
Do you know any other EE users locally, and do they have similar problems?
