If I try to answer or make a call on the network, my voice sounds like a robot. It cuts out and sometimes drops the call altogether.
I can be heard perfectly on wifi calling though and the calls are perfect!
Therefore I cannot make or receive any calls outside my home!
Does anyone have any suggestions besides undertaking a factory reset!?!

Is VoLTE (Android) or 4G-calling (Apple) shown onscreen when this happens? And is this specific to one location?
You can report poor voice quality via https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and choosing "check status", "report a problem"

Thank you, the system states there was an issue in my postcode area that had been fixed. I’ve logged the issue, as it was still occurring over the weekend. Let’s see if anyone responds and if anyone fixes it. My phone is useless as I cannot make/receive calls as it either drops the call or they cannot hear me, I sound robotic. All my medical appts happen over the phone, as I’m currently housebound, so it’s causing me major issues.
