SIM only. Can't connect to TFL Underground

I have a SIM only rolling monthly account. I can't seem to connect to WIFI. on the Underground. I used to when I had an ordinary mobile contract. 

Is wifi not available to SIM only accounts?

This should work if you are a EE pay monthly customer with a WiFi-enabled device, you can get WiFi on the London Underground, unless your account is in arrears or has been classified as a bad debt.

Can you try the steps in the How do I use WiFi on the London Underground?, help page, and let me know if this works for you?
