@Indigogirlu : Do you want to stop your ability to roam or to cancel an add-on that would cover payment & use of your UK allowances for when you do roam?

Hi @Indigogirlu.

Welcome to the community.

What do you mean by cancel roaming?

Are you looking to cancel a bundle?

Jon

I think you can disable it if you go to your account on the EE app.
You should be able to turn it off on your phone or keep your phone on airplane mode.
Also turn off Wi-Fi calling if you still want to connect to say a hotel Wi-Fi hotspot.

Yhe gps should still work even when on airplane mode if you want to use cached maps on mapping software

There is no charge to have your roaming facility active, and keeping it so removes a cause for complication if you do ever travel abroad.

Hi @Lotto1,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Do you want to turn off roaming so you can't use your phone abroad, or are you paying for a recurring roaming add-on that you'd like to cancel?
