Just a month ago my EE number was working all over Europe now it’s not ! I’m pretty confused please help me understand how to change it

No the website doesn’t show how to upgrade

I asked if you had upgraded. The reason is that this normally resets your roaming and you need to reactivate roaming once you've upgraded. 

Are you in the UK or if not when were you on the UK network last?

You’ll now be charged to use your minutes, texts and data allowances in our EE Europe zone.
