My Apple Watch (cellular ) is on a paired contract with my phone. When in Europe will I get two daily charges (Phone and Watch) or will it just be my phone charged daily?? Thanks

When the cellular watch was first announced at the Apple event they showed a screen with all the networks supporting roaming on Apple Watch. O2 was shown from memory but not EE.
i remember asking EE on here and elsewhere and being told it was ‘coming soon’ and to keep an eye out for announcements.
Fast forward several years and there’s still no apparent progress and no update.

@DOnChocolat cellular only applies to the series 3 and later and EE sold that watch from launch day and Apple have never shown what networks support roaming on the Apple Watch.
o2 also do not support roaming on the Apple Watch and never have.
From o2 own website about an Apple watch
The cellular functions of your Apple Watch won’t work abroad. This means that if you move out of range with your iPhone (about 10 metres), you won’t be able to make calls, send messages or use data through your Watch.
But you can use your Apple Watch abroad as normal when it’s in range with your iPhone and your iPhone is set up for international roaming.

In fairness, I can back up what @DOnChocolat is saying here in regards to the Apple Watch Series 8 presentation in 2022 where they announced International Roaming on Apple Watch and they did show a list of providers. Included on that graphic were Three, Vodafone and O2.
But from my research none of these providers (at least in their UK businesses) seem to have been able to get it working. I could be wrong. It would appear that if it was something networks in the UK could support, they would have done so already.
