Help,
I have just arrived in usa, I sent the ro usa to 150. I was not covered. So bought the roaming further pass for £15. I log into my ee and I should have access to messages calls and data. The same allowance I have in the UK. The calls and messages work. But my data will not.
What have I missed ?

Hi Chris that is right I can call and send text messages, but it won't allow me to access my data package.
I have a Samsung galaxy 20 fe
When I log into my ee account in WiFi it tells me i have the roaming further pass with access to messages calls and data.
When I turn off the WiFi and log in it tells me my reminding data package but it has a waiting next to it and says I don't have any data?

Hi Chris,
This is what it says when i am on network not data, then it just has a little clock with waiting next to it. I have 33.9 gb of data left.
- You can use your data in the UK and while roaming in the EU as well as Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and USA). To see which countries you may be able to use your data in click here

OK, thank you, @Emmalaq.
Could you try toggling your data roaming off and then back on again in your phone settings please?
If that doesn't work, you may need to speak to our Mobile Care team so we can check everything from our side.
Chris
