Roaming not working ROAMEU7D

Hi,

I'm currently in Greece and have a PAYG mobile with an active pass and enough credit to cover the 7 day roaming charge of £10. 

When I send ROAMEU7D to 150 I get a message back about data charges and this is not added to my pack. Frustratingly there are lots of messages on the community about this but no replies with an actual answer, they are all solved with private messages.

Live chat is not available at the moment and I have no other ways to contact.

Any help?

Hi @mariab0637,

I'm not sure what the issue is - it should work for you providing that you still have a pack added.

Live chat isn't open at 6am but it is now, so I would suggest that you get in touch with them using the 'Start Conversation' button on the mobile care team page, or by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.
