I have a very expensive plan with EE. Three days ago, I rang EE and asked for the service which allows me to expand my plan to the US when travelling. It was activated there and then on the phone call with EE. Today I have landed in the US and my phone cannot connect to any network. It is completely useless and I am only able to use it on hotel WiFi. This needs sorting now as I am on business and will be getting phone calls from people I am meeting which I guess will just go to voicemail. How do I sort this out immediately. I am very angry. I spend nearly 200 a month with EE on two devices and have been left high and dry. I can't even cally wife and kids at home to say I have arrived OK. I don't want to have to mess around .... I am going to sleep now and when I wake up in the morning it needs to be fixed without me having to faff around. Otherwise I'll pay both accounts off I'm full and move to another network.

Hi @JJTW01
Thanks for coming here.
I'm sorry we have no account access on the community, could you please log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > Do they show as ticked?
If so, can you try manually connecting to another network, do you have signal when you do this?
Leanne.

Adding a roaming bundle as you've done here does not, of itself, enable the roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.
The advice given in this thread will allow you to enable this roaming facility and is a once-only process.
If you're not able to do this, try installing a web-calling app such as Skype - then use a local WiFi connection to call EE C/S on +44 800 0798586 who should be able to activate your roaming facility.
