Roaming in the USA and Canada

Been in Canada the past few days and was working fine. But since mid day it's been patchy with giving me signal to anything with no R symbol appearing on my bars. Any help appreciated

Yes I did and was told just to turn on the phone. It's works foe 30 seconds then does not

@Reginald1957   It’s happening to all.  But did you read 

Syniverse, a company who manage international roaming for various mobile carriers, are investigating an intermittent service issue affecting customers of a number of mobile carriers, including EE, when customers visit North America. Syniverse are working to restore full service as soon as possible, and you can read their latest update, here.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have same problem, no calls no text in Texas. Keeps showing sos everywhere.

I have chosen sign in manually - rather than  automatically choose network...chosen Rogers and it was dropping in and out quite a bit but (am reluctant to say this incase it jinxes it...) the last 12 hours it has been more consistent.

Might help someone who hasn't tried this...

I'm currently in Honolulu and having the same problems as noted above.

My O2 SIM will connect to AT&T no problem but my EE SIM won't connect to AT&T or T Mobile

I have the Roam Pass. 

This is very disappointing because it's why I purchased the SIM so I could use Uber

Can you help ?

@Barrie78  The issue is with a third party so not a lot EE can do. As long as you have roaming enabled, it should start to work once fixed. 

If you need data and your device supports eSIMs, then try a local eSIM for a few $s.

same they are totally ridiculous !!! I pay the extra amount on my contract to not have to deal with roaming issues etc .... they have not communicated anything and now i have no way to make a call to them !!!!! they really are pathetic !!!! been a customer since 1998 - really disappointing. If anyone from CS can communicate with me - that would be great !!!!!!

Arrived in Chicago today, both myself and a colleague who uses phone in USA and abroad have no signal whatsoever, only data, this is an EE tech issue please fix asap. We both have roaming on and activated, latest iPhones, have restarted phones, activated WiFi calling and can’t reach EE by chat, both our accounts include free roaming in USA. There’s a major issue going on.
