Greetings, like many, I have landed in the USA to notice that my EE roaming is not working. I have recently traveled in Europe with no trouble (and no having to remember to text ROAMING to 150 beforehand unless a trap door is triggered). I am using an unlocked iPhone13.
I have tried the following to no avail:
* restarting my device / entering and exiting flight -- this allows me to connect to AT&T 4G very briefly before losing connectivity all together
* using the EE app to turn on roaming -- this prompts a generic error message that says "there seems to be a problem ..."
* going to ee.co.uk, logging in and trying to activate roaming from there -- roaming is initially blocked, and if I try to unblock it, I get "Sorry, we're having problems. Text INFO to 150 to make your changes."
* Any texts to 150 are not sent (even when briefly on the AT&T network as mentioned above)
This is a drag. I need my phone for work. Please help

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
