Hi, I go to Mexico soon for two weeks and my account is for my kids phones. Am I correct in thinking that the Roam abroad Pass add on for £8.33 will give them access to their normal account package without any extra costs? If not what is the best way for them to have use? The hotel has Wi-Fi but no doubt they’ll be wanting to text and call friends too, thanks.

Hi @L44wsa,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Yes, the Roam Abroad Pass allows you to use your UK allowances in Mexico.
Find out more in What is the Roam Abroad Pass?

The Roam Abroad Pass costs £10 pm & you will be charged pro-rata for the time you have it. You were quoting the ex-VAT price for some reason. Your kids will need this Pass on each of their nos.
They should each remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to check roaming is enabled on their accounts.

Hi @L44wsa
Just to add to the advice you have had already, please make sure the phones are set up for roaming.
To do this, log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
Please see our EE Roaming - Getting ready to use your phone abroad, article for more information 🙂
Have a great time.
Leanne.
