Calls from abroad going straight to voice mail

Can someone please tell me how to stop my phone going to voice mail from calls abroad? I want to be able to pick up my phone calls.

Is your phone ringing at all or just going straight to voicemail?

Do you want to fully remove voicemail?

1. Hi Jon, thank you for your message. 

It is NOT ringing at all goes straight to voice mail, when my mum or sister try calling me from Australia. 

I don't ever use voice mail so yes I want to remove voice mail. Is this possible and will calls will ring through so I can hear it a pick it up?

Are you able to receive calls form UK numbers?

Can you make calls to the two numbers in Australia?

Yes i am receiving call calls from UK numbers but not from overseas. 

Yes I can make calls to the two numbers in Australia.

They can not get through to me. So please help me how to solve this problem?

Do you know if these numbers are able to call other UK numbers?

Since you're able to make and receive calls in the UK, and also to the two numbers in Australia, it's difficult to pinpoint where the problem might lie.
