I have a pay monthly contract and want to know how to get roaming for Australia and how to turn it off when I return to UK.

@Reg8015 : This user discussion group does not accept nor act upon notice of cancellation being just a group of users. For that you need to phone CS & give 30 days notice.

Good afternoon @Reg8015, I'm disappointed to hear that you're still unable to get this working as intended.
I can totally understand why you're feeling let down here, but as @XRaySpeX has mentioned we don't have access to customer details via these forums, so would not be able to complete any account-level changes.
From what you have mentioned here, it sounds like we may need to enable international calling here, which our team should be able to complete right away.
You can reach them right away from any network on +44 7953 966 250, or also used a VOIP service such as Skype like @Rach_H mentioned.
