I bought a one month roaming abroad pass for iom and usa . It worked fine in iom but is not working in usa, even though I have received text to confirm I have the pass and am in usa. I can't call you to seek advice. Please help

I got the welcome rext when I turned my phone on in USA but the phone gas never connected to a network.

In order to receive text messages abroad, you would have been connected to a network, thus proving that roaming is enabled and that is unlikely to be the issue.
As per previous posts above but not answered, can you clarify what you mean your roaming add-on not working in the USA? In other words, can you explain the problem you're having?

I cannot access thè internet phone call or texts in Usa. Therefore I could mot call advice line foe help. Very frustrating as I could not call uber from airport ot us gmoneooglemaps with driving down to visit family.. none has been able to explain why text confirmation has not resulted in wht the package purchased £25 fir a month roaming abroad is not working.

I have received confirmation via text message that the pass is working but have not worked since I arrived in usa. But tge pass worked on isle of man the week before.i have Samsung A40 phone.

Rather than starting another separate thread for the same issue, it's better to use the "reply" function in this one to keep all posts in the same place.
You've mentioned in a previous post that you received the welcome text on first arrival, thus roaming is enabled. What happens when you try making a call or sending a text?
Have you tried performing a manual network search and selecting an alternative operator? Are the symptoms identical across those networks?
Do you have a spend cap in-place?
