Roaming Not Working Australia

I arrived in Melbourne yesterday and roaming only connects for one minute then disconnects. I have the Roaming Abroad Pass. Can someone please help how to connect to roaming in Australia from UK please.

I have now found a landline which can make international calls, I will be
calling in 20 minutes when it will be 8am UK time.

All sorted! I fed back to your colleague it isn't clear on the website it
is necessary to call EE in addition to purchasing the Roaming Abroad Pass
before leaving the UK. He was super efficient!

I did call EE from Glasgow airport before leaving the UK to check
everything was ok. The service from this EE staff member was less than
helpful and not confidence boosting for me - she basically read from the
website what I was reading and told me she needed to check if Australia was
in Europe - beyond believable!!!!

You've no need to call CS before leaving UK to go abroad. All you have to do is to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account. if you are on contract.
