I arrived in Melbourne yesterday and roaming only connects for one minute then disconnects. I have the Roaming Abroad Pass. Can someone please help how to connect to roaming in Australia from UK please.

I don't think so, @LouiseF1. I've seen users say they've used Skype.

@LouiseF1 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

I'm sorry in this case, you would need to call us from any other phone on +44 7953966250 to get this looked into further and check your account to make sure everything is set up for using your phone abroad.

You cannot authorise this Community to do anything. It has no power to fix anything or to access your account. That would be the CS.

I am sorry we have no account access on the community to authorise the Roaming changes. You would need to try calling us again when the office is open between 8am and 9pm Mon-Fri or 8am - 8pm Sat and Sun UK time.
