Roaming Not Working Australia

I arrived in Melbourne yesterday and roaming only connects for one minute then disconnects. I have the Roaming Abroad Pass. Can someone please help how to connect to roaming in Australia from UK please.

I don't think so, @LouiseF1. I've seen users say they've used Skype.

@LouiseF1 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

I can't get Skype to work because verification wants to send code via text!

Thanks for trying this. 

I'm sorry in this case, you would need to call us from any other phone on +44 7953966250 to get this looked into further and check your account to make sure everything is set up for using your phone abroad.

I've tried calling from the hotel landline and can't get through. A
message says all systems are busy, I'm not sure if it is busy going out of
Australia or entering UK or some other issue, I've tried yesterday and
today (Friday).

Can we please get a resolution to this as a matter of urgency. Please take
this message as authorisation to activate the roaming abroad pass. I can
also take a call via Whatsapp.

Hi @LouiseF1

I am sorry we have no account access on the community to authorise the Roaming changes. You would need to try calling us again when the office is open between 8am and 9pm Mon-Fri or 8am - 8pm Sat and Sun UK time.
