I have a mi-fi which I want to use in Greece (purchased in UK)
I have a 100Gb plan for £30/month
Your website states that I will pay £2/day for using this mifi in Greece
Question 1 - when do these charged become visible on my bill
Secondly, your website states that I can purchase a £10 monthly add on
Question 2 - EXACTLY how do I achieve this - there is nothing within my account when I log in to allow me to add this. The advice on here is to text ROAMING PASS to 150. It's a mi-fi!!

Question 3:
What happens when I go over 50Gb as stated in the 'fair use' policy?

You don't need the Roam Abroad Pass anyway to roam on PAYG in EU. You won't be charged anything extra for roaming in the EU on PAYG. As yet EE haven't introduced any charges for PAYG users to use their UK allowances in the EU & haven't said when they will.
PAYG SIMs have a FUP of 25 GB / month when roaming.

@fballantyne Can you put that sim in a phone to text this ?

Not really no - ee should provide a decent method for the product purchased.

Ended up calling ee
- the mi-fi uses a 'pay as you go' sim (even though it renews every month)
- pay as you go sims don't have access to this facility
- pay as you go sims have a 15Gb fair use policy
I was offered a contract sim and the ability to upgrade it with the Roaming £10 topup.
Thanks
