Roam in EU purchased but no data?

Hello!  Just landed in Germany with plenty of data on my pay as you go pack and £10 ready to go.  Texted ROAMEU7D and got the "great news" that I have access to my EE allowances, but sadly no luck.  No data to access my ee account or anything else.  Made it to wifi for now, but how do I use my data on my iphone?

Does your phone show a connection to any German networks? You'll need that to use any network-based functions such as calls, texts or mobile data.

Did you use your PAYG phone on EE's UK network before travelling abroad?

@maineroonies  have you tried just restarting the device ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
