Just had a message to say that my EU roaming pass has been deactivated! We are still abroad until 9pm this evening. It wasn’t supposed to end until midnight. In fact it should be active for a month? Is this a scam text?

If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, does the Roam Abroad Pass show as active in your add-ons?
