Roaming in Canada

Hi there,

 

i am trying to follow steps to add the roaming pass by texting ROAMING PASS to 150, but all I keep getting is the following, rather than a confirmation that the plan is added 

 

Text RO followed by the country name you are visiting to 150 We'll text you back the detailed costs that apply to that country. For example RO ITALY. This is a free text within the UK.

can someone help as I would like to start using my allowance whilst I am here.

Is roaming activated on your account? 

 

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

If you log into your My EE app and select plan and add-ons, do you have the Roam Abroad Pass showing as an add-on?
