Roam Abroad in Hawai'i

DerekEa

I took out Roam Abroad for our current trip and it has worked perfectly in Canada, mainland USA and Australia. We have arrived in Hawai'i and despite it showing I'm connected to AT&T it tells me there is no network when I try to make a call. I checked with EE before leaving and they said Hawai'i "should" be covered. Could it be a weak signal or is Hawai'i (we're on Kuaui) not actually covered under USA? Any help appreciated.

Derek

From past experience of roaming in Hawai'i only T-Mobile works on any of the Islands...

AT&T never worked in for me..

Morning @DerekEa

Thanks for coming here.

Have you manually searched for a network in your phone settings to see if any networks show as available?

Speak soon.

According to the AT&T coverage map, no service is available on Kuaui

Try a manual network search in your phone's menus to see if any other local network is available - you can check T-Mobile's service at https://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/coverage-map

Thanks for all your replies.

I had tried searching manually but nothing was coming up. I've just tried again and eventually a list came up. After a couple of tries I've linked to T-mobile and success, I've got a service. Thank you again. Derek
