Roam Abroad Pass - Numerous Countries

I am going to be in Holland, Canada and Spain over the next three weeks and I will add the Roam Abroad Pass for one month. 

Will the roam abroad pass allow multiple countries in one month?

Holland & Spain are both in the EU, Canada is a country covered by the pass.

Roaming across all these countries plus Australia & the USA is covered by the Roam Abroad pass.
