Hi
A couple of days ago I requested PAC codes for both my sim and got a call from the "Loyalty Team". I agreed to another 24 month contract on both sims.
I have now realised that the advisor failed to mention there was a 100mb speed cap on the new plans! I am not happy at all....
Can I reverse the change? I was getting a number of discounts on my old contracts, such as student discount and BT customer discount. Can these be added back on?

As you upgraded over the phone, you should be able to call EE within 14 days and cancel the upgrade, and they should be able to roll back to your previous plan, hopefully also restoring all the discounts, but you will need to confirm that when you call.

The 100Mb/s cap sounds like an Essential plan. I'd be intrigued what you use your phone for, that needs more than that.
But either way, 14days statutory cooling off is your friend here.
