I have landed in Ireland and automatically have service.  I don’t have a message to say my UK allowance is included.  I didn’t send ‘roaming’ to 150 before I left. Am I covered???

For mobile phone and SIM tariffs launched from 7 July 2021 and tablet/laptop/mobile broadband/data SIM tariffs launched from 18 August 2021: there is a daily charge to use your plan allowances whilst abroad within the EU/EEA.

Calls, texts and data used within the Republic of Ireland is included in your allowance. If you exceed your allowance, a daily charge will apply.

@Laineyloo74 , just to add to what @chistery  has written, if you never activated roaming and are on monthly contract, you would need to activate roaming. You can ring customer service for free, using something like Skype:

+448000798586

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
