I use my phone to pay for other services and I’ve wanted to pay for something that is £60 but it’s saying you don’t do payments that large if that’s the case I’d like the money transferred back into my account and it’s unfair that you do not get told about the spending limit until you exceed it

The single transaction limit is £40. What money do you need refunded? If it refused cuz it was too large no money would have been spent.

No money would've left your a/c as you spent nowt.
The spending limits are fixed; £40 per transaction & £240 per month.
