Recently updated SIM only contact network provider voicemail on an iPhone

Is it possible to delete the voice mail that keeps prompting me to set up a personal greeting? Thanks

Where and when are you hearing this voicemail or prompt?

When you dial voicemail on 222 or speed-dial 1, you should have an audible announcement going through the various menu options for listening to messages or changing personal options.
