Receiving international calls

Hi, I can make international calls but for some reason can’t receive them.  How do I resolve this pls.

Receiving international calls is no different from any other call. What happens when a caller dials your number?

Do you really mean "International calls"? You must be in UK to have International calls. If you're abroad then they are Roaming calls & it's a horse of a diff colour. Where are you?
