Hello. I need urgent help from the EE customer service team who I am unable to call directly.
a few days ago I lost my phone and it was put on blackout mode. Meaning I can’t make calls or use the internet outside of WIFI. I have now found my phone but can’t call EE to request they deactivate my account. I am travelling abroad and desperately need my phone to be working. Can anyone help please.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
