We are also having this problem, from EE it states invalid number but from a vodafone mobile we can dial the number without issue.

Hi @GillyJudd
Thanks for coming back to me.
Do callers receive this message when they call your number or is this message heard when you call a specific number?
Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne,
we do not beleive that the recipients are receiving the call, this happens on a couple of numbers that we dial. one of the numbers is 01202 6883991 this is the number for Bournemouth Hospital it works from a Vodafine Sim but says number is invalid from my EE SIM.

Thanks @GillyJudd
Do you have these numbers saved in your phone?
Can you call the numbers from any other EE phone?
Leanne 🙂

@GillyJudd that number does not look right, it has one too many digits.
Phone numbers for the BCP hospitals changed a while back, this article may help you.
Reminder: our phone numbers have changed
Telephone numbers for dialling Poole, the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch hospitals have changed.
Our new numbers begin with the prefix 0300 019. Calls from the hospital to you also begin with our new prefix.
Switchboard numbers remain the same:
- Royal Bournemouth Hospital: 01202 303626
- Poole Hospital: 01202 665511
- Christchurch Hospital: 01202 486361
If you don't have the new number to hand for the person or department you are trying
