I’ve got the same issue. I’ve called my storage company several time and even tried all their offices in the uk nothing works. It says it’s incorrect number every single time even thought it’s a correct number.

What is the name of the company you're trying to call? And what is the number you're dialling?

Have you been able to call them previously?
