I've had the same issues I have just moved and have very poor EE service at home so rely on Wi-fi calling and its not working, I turned 0ff/On airplane mode and it started working again !!!! 🙂  But 10 minutes later gone again and wont switch back on

OK you have 2 options contact sky or contact EE 

1. You can't phone so it would be by Facebook messenger so that won't be quick. 
2. I have no idea how to contact sky sorry

Thanks for your help Ive contacted Sky and EE hopefully get some answers
